1) There are no refunds on Knowsys materials, vocabulary, or online programs.

2) Once a student has received the Knowsys Materials for a Course or Private Tutoring, there is no refund of the tuition.

3) Once a student has attended any part of a Knowsys Course or has met with a Knowsys tutor, there is no refund of the tuition, regardless of whether or not the student has received the Knowsys Materials.

4) Students are entitled to a refund of the tuition paid for a Course or Private Tutoring only if they submit a written request to withdraw from the Course or Private Tutoring at least 10 business days before the first scheduled class or tutoring meeting. Students are not entitled to any refund of the tuition if they withdraw from the course once the course has begun or if they withdraw from the course when there are fewer than 10 business days before the first scheduled class or tutoring meeting.

5) Students may transfer the tuition paid for a Course enrollment to a later course scheduled to start not later than 5 months after the start date of the originally scheduled Course for which the student enrolled.

6) Students may defer the start of Private Tutoring for up to 3 months after their originally-scheduled Private Tutoring start date.
